Delete your account

You can request deletion of your MAKAZ-TECH account and the personal data we hold about you at any time. Follow the steps below.

How to request deletion

1. Email contact@makaztech.com from the email address registered to your account.
2. Use the subject line “Account deletion request”.
3. We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before we proceed.

What will be deleted

• Your account and login credentials (email and password).
• Your saved profile information and cart data.
• Personal delivery details associated with your account.

What may be retained

We may retain certain order, transaction, and payment records for a limited period where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes, or to resolve disputes. These records are kept only as long as necessary and handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

Timeline

Verified requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once your account has been deleted.
